Hear My Direct Thoughts

Am I a public speaker, no. These are just my thoughts on questions my mentors have asked me as I have progressed throughout my career. They are not met to be all encompassing, rather to give you an insight on how I communicate and back ground development that is not on my resume. This is for us to have a better conversation when we meet.

What benefit did you get from reading after college?

It was really who I met that taught me what to read. Mentors are all around us waiting for people to pop up and ask smart questions. That is how I ended up reading Jim Cathcart, Tony Alessandra, Dale Carnegie, and the Lean Institute to name a few.

What makes me different from others who try to do what i do?

When you have worked in 5 industries and managed to be successful in all, there must be a secret sauce. This is my attempt to describe that, but by no means do you need to be the smartest person on the planet to do so.

knowledge vs. intuition

Knowledge can come from books, but practical application is what is what I call knowledge. Call it ‘street smarts’. My resume is full of application. Intuition is the residual you pick up while trying things.
